Online lessons are suitable for anyone who has some experience of yoga — wherever you are in the world.
I offer two lessons a week – one on Tuesday evenings, and one on Thursday mornings(both UK time) — making 8 or 9 lessons a month.
My forthcoming online lessons are shown alongside.
Please read below about all details.
Enquiries are welcome!
No events are planned at the moment.
Each lesson will last approximately 90 minutes. I will be using Zoom video conferencing software to stream the lessons and you will need to put your laptop, tablet or phone somewhere where you can see the screen during the lesson. Your device does not need to have a camera. You will be sent a link to connect to each lesson about 30 minutes before it starts.
If you have not used Zoom before, you will be invited to download the Zoom app to your device or you can use it in a browser. You don't need to create a Zoom account. If you want help setting up your device before the lesson, please contact me.
For your privacy, I will not display any video from your device but you will be able to talk to me if you have a question during the lesson. Please be aware that the name you enter in Zoom will be displayed to other participants.
£8 is payable for a drop-in lesson. For regular attendees, monthly subscription is quite a burgain. With £25 a month in advance, you can access as many lessons as you like. 'A month' hear means January, February, etc.
For the lesson to start on time, please use the link you are sent to connect to the lesson 5-10 minutes before the start time.
Do not eat a heavy meal within two hours of the lesson, or a light meal within one hour.
Use a quiet, well-ventilated room and have the following items ready:
Make sure your mat is placed a good distance from any items that could harm you accidentally. If more than one person is following the lesson, make sure you are a good distance apart from each other.
As it is a remote lesson, I cannot be responsible for any accidents in your home. If you have any conditions that require medical attention and still want to attend my lessons, you should only do so on your doctor’s advice. You are responsible for ensuring there are no adverse effects on your health from the exercises.
If there are technical problems that prevent me starting or completing a lesson, I will give a credit for one free lesson. If you have a technical issue on your side that is not affecting other students, there will be no compensation.
